Registration Process

Step 1- Student registration 2013-14 through Click Here
Step 2- Fill your complete profile along with fees details.
Step 3- Fees submission will be done in the campus only on 25th and 26th July. After 26th July, payment of fees will be accepted only after written approval from the Director or Dean.
Only for those Third Year students who are doing their industrial training, registration will be done online and the requisite amount of Demand Draft should be submitted by the students within two days of relieving from their      training place. Thereafter, fees will be accepted only after approval from the Director or Dean.
  Minimum amount for fees:

  1. For GEN/OBC students, amount to be paid is Rs. 40,000/- (Odd Semester Tuition Fees + Examination Fees)
  2. For SC/ST students, amount to be paid is Rs. 3450/- (Examination Fees)
  3. For Fee Waiver students, amount to be  paid is Rs. 3450/- (Examination Fees)
  4. For hostellers, amount to be paid is Rs. 20000/- (Odd Semester Hostel Fees). This payment will be accepted only after payment as per 1 or 2 or 3 above has been made.

Note: Fees is to be deposited in the campus only through Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque in favour of “Kali Charan Nigam Institute of Technology”, payable at “BANDA”.

Step 4- Demand Drafts/ Bankers Cheques should be deposited in respective Block Fee Counters-
B- Block Ground Floor                  – MBA II Year
B- Block First Floor                         – B.Tech II Year (All branches)
C- Block Ground Floor                  – B.Tech III Year (All branches)
C- Block First Floor                         – B.Tech IV Year (All branches)
